About Us
Founded in 1974, Persephone Theatre has become a major force in Saskatoon’s and the region’s theatrical life. As a regional theatre, Persephone produces a six play mainstage series and a three play second stage series, with plays ranging from comedies to classics to new Canadian works. Persephone Theatre also serves tens of thousands of youth with its family mainstage program, student matinees, SaskTel Youth Tour, ISC Youth Series and Theatre School.
